The Discovery
The DISCOVERY is the tool we use to help you discover your strengths and opportunities for growth. Your DISCOVERY is YOUR DISCOVERY. It is a tool that will help you evaluate growth opportunities and to think about topics you will want to address in your Growth Cycle.
When you sign up for a Growth Cycle, if you have not already done a DISCOVERY, your Growth Partner or someone from the Africa House Leader Development team will set you up for your DISCOVERY.
What is the Discovery Process?
The Discovery Process uses 47 indicators in 9 Leader Capacities to help you DISCOVER your greatest opportunities for growth.
