Spiritual leadership is about being and becoming a transformational servant leader, following the example of Christ. Leadership isn’t just about leading, it is about serving and encouraging positive change and spiritual empowerment in the live of those we love and lead.
If our focus is trying to avoid dealing with criticism we will miss the mark and fail accomplish much of significance. We are going to get criticized often. In this episode we give 10 our our pointers for dealing with criticism.
In leadership, sometimes we are givers of healthy criticism, sometimes we are recipients of healthy and sometimes unhealthy criticism. Dealing with and working through critical points is a component of conflict management and leading a healthy team. In the next two episodes we will discuss how to deal with and rise above criticism.
I’ve made a lot of mistakes in every area of my life, but it’s not whether or not you make mistakes, because you will, its how you handle them and recover from them. In this episode we talk about a few of the mistakes we’ve made as leaders, and what we learned from them.

Sometimes it seems that everything about life is strange. The way it progresses, the path it takes, the way we make sense out of everything.
When I come back to these mountains, I am often taken back to the first season of my life. The season in which I was learning what life was through my observations. It was not a cognizant effort, but impressions were created as first impressions almost every moment of every day.
