Joyfully Embracing and Navigating Change
Change is a part of life and the way we face it, embrace it, and navigate it will determine the difference between an effective and joyful life and a life held captive by circumstance. Change is an opportunity for transformation, but change is also losing something or someone that makes us feel secure and comfortable. Change has to happen, not only because we have to move forward, but because nothing stays the same. We go to the next level in our lives when we face change with the right attitude and actions. When we successfully navigate the changes in our lives, especially the difficult changes, we go to the next level in joyful living, leading, and loving.
This episode of the Calibrate Life Podcast with David and Donna explores the importance of change and the actions and attitudes necessary to navigate even the most difficult changes in our lives.

Why Accountability May be the Key to Changing Your Life
Accountability really is a key to changing your life. When we are ready to give an answer for our actions and when we assure that accountable structures exist in our lives we are far more likely to accomplish the life change we desire and to be the change in the world that we want to see. Coaching, mentoring, teaching, and leadership are all dependent upon accountability.
In this episode of the Calibrate Life Podcast, David and Donna discuss the importance of accountability and how to incorporate it in our lives for life and leadership effectiveness. Continue reading for the time-stamped episode notes, links, and resources.

When you start to write words they meander at first, but then they find a path. This might be a divine intervention, it might be a canvassing of the forest for a path, and we follow the path once it is found.
Life is like that. Sometimes I don’t know what to do. I am not sure where I’m going. I want a clear path, but I don’t see one. When I start with the thing I do know, the thing that is clear, or even when I just pick a direction and start walking, it is a supernatural phenomenon how I come across paths, good paths, fulfilling paths to follow.
